To enhance the spiritual and cultural lives of female employees, DAPU held a flower-arranging activity on the afternoon of August 3rd, 2019, which was very well received. Yang Jing, a well-known florist, was expressly invited by DAPU to introduce female employees into the world of flower arranging so that they may experience the true essence of beauty.

Ms. Yang Jing imparted instruction in floristry and flower arrangement techniques and performed a live demonstration. In the warm and pleasant atmosphere, everyone immediately put what they had just learned into practice. The initial common flowers and plants were changed into colorful and distinctive works after pruning, level matching, bundling, and other steps.

Holding their flower arrangements, female employees enjoyed snapping pictures and returned with homemade bouquets to beautify their workplace. Everyone agreed that the activity was romantic, and that it’s of great value to finish a gift for themselves on the occasion of Tanabata. Floristry endows people with a better life!

In conclusion, this activity was universally commended for conveying the company’s “people-oriented” culture and enriching the working life of the staff. It also demonstrated the company’s respect for women and boosted the cohesion and sense of belonging inside the organization.
